I thrive on learning about new industries and markets and asking questions to further my own understanding of how I can help you. What can I expect from the free discovery call?
During the discovery call, we'll discuss your current systems and processes around onboarding. I’ll ask questions to understand your challenges, goals, and pain points. It’s an opportunity for me to learn more about you, your business and if we’d make a good match.
How do I know if I onboarding systems and process consulting?
If you’re experiencing inefficiencies, miscommunication, lack of clarity on roles or responsibilities, those are signs that your business could benefit from better onboarding systems and processes. Additionally, if you do not have anything documented on the what, when, who, why and how of your processes, then it’s time to get organized!
Do I need to have a specific problem in mind to work with you?
Ideally, you are trying to solve an onboarding issue or you need help auditing what happens during that process. If you’re unsure about what needs fixing, we can begin by reviewing your current operations together. Sometimes, clients don’t know the gaps until we start auditing their onboarding systems and processes in detail.
How do you charge for your services?
My intensives begin at a starting range, but then can vary depending how many roles, team size, complexity of onboarding system and depth of onboarding scope.
